When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with an estimated delivery time. We send all UK order via Royal Mail 48 small parcel.
If your parcel hasn't arrived in time, please allow a couple of extra days. Royal Mail can get behind sometimes.
Our estimated delivery times are below:
United Kingdom: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
European Union: 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Everywhere else (USA, Canada): 7-21 working days after dispatch.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Clothing items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-clothing items, such as accessories or journals, must be returned unopened and unused, with all original packaging undamaged.
Please note that all returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions mentioned above or shows signs of use or damage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policies. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the requested item to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Yes we are happy to accept any exchanges. You can do this by sending your parcel back to us. Please ensure you put a note in the package explaining what you would like and also include your order number. Your order will be automatically refund if you don't put a note in the parcel. Your refund will be processed promptly after we have inspected the received items. We will issue the refund using the original payment method. In some cases it may take up to 5 days for the funds to reflect in your account.
