When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with an estimated delivery time. We send all UK order via Royal Mail 48 small parcel. 

If your parcel hasn't arrived in time, please allow a couple of extra days. Royal Mail can get behind sometimes.

Our estimated delivery times are below:

United Kingdom: 2-3 working days after dispatch.

European Union: 5-7 working days after dispatch.

Everywhere else (USA, Canada): 7-21 working days after dispatch.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please read our returns policy below:

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

2. Clothing Returns

Clothing items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Clothing Item Returns

Non-clothing items, such as accessories or journals, must be returned unopened and unused, with all original packaging undamaged.

4. Inspection

Please note that all returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions mentioned above or shows signs of use or damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policies. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the requested item to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.

2. Receive your refund/exchange

Once we have assessed the eligibility of your items, we will contact you to inform you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Yes we are happy to accept any exchanges. You can do this by sending your parcel back to us. Please ensure you put a note in the package explaining what you would like and also include your order number. Your order will be automatically refund if you don't put a note in the parcel. Your refund will be processed promptly after we have inspected the received items. We will issue the refund using the original payment method. In some cases it may take up to 5 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Your item will arrive with a care guide with detailed instructions to keep your gym clothes looking as good as possible.

Wash Inside Out:

To maintain the appearance of your garments, turn them inside out before washing. This helps protect the outer fabric and preserves colors and prints.

Wash at 30c or cold

Wash your garments using a gentle cycle with a maximum temperature of 30°C or choose a cold water setting. Avoid using hot water, as it can cause damage and shrinkage.

Skip the Dryer

Avoid tumble drying your garments to prevent excessive shrinkage or potential fabric damage. Instead, air-dry them by laying them flat or hanging them up.
